Robert Black, known as “the child catcher” and Smelly Bob was a Scottish serial killer and pedophile who committed at least 4 murders between 1981 and 1986. Fostered at 6 months of age and spending his childhood in various children homes, Robert Black displayed disturbing behaviour that should have been picked up. Unfortunately, it wasn’t.
